New American Stone Mills

A grain milling machine designed and built in cooperation with grain farmers, millers and bakers. We designed this product based on archival research while modernizing for contemporary needs, materials and usability. A ground up project that began with ideation and prototyping and created a business manufacturing and selling the new machine.
