This project involved designing and building a grain milling machine in cooperation with grain farmers, millers and bakers. We designed this product based on archival research while modernizing the design for contemporary needs, materials and usability. This was a ground-up project that began with ideation and prototyping and resulted in a business manufacturing and selling the new machine.
